Sharelle McNair is a passionate Teacher of the Gospel and Speaker from the Southside of Richmond, Virginia. As a devoted mother of two sons, she is a woman of many gifts, using her talents to serve the Lord across multiple ministries.

Although she was raised attending church with her mother, Sharelle made a personal commitment to Christ in 2009 at Saint Paul’s Baptist Church following the heartbreaking loss of her cousin to a drug overdose. This pivotal moment set her on a transformative journey of faith, navigating both the challenges and triumphs of sanctification to grow in the likeness of Christ.

In 2016, she became a member of Transformed City Church under the leadership of Pastors Brad and Quiana Johnson. There, she was introduced to Christian Hip Hop and Rhythm & Praise, igniting a passion for creative expression as a powerful tool for sharing the message of Christ and His Kingdom. Today, Sharelle serves as an Executive Leader, Teacher of the Gospel, Intercessor, and Music Curator at her church. She also plays a vital role as an Organizer and Assistant of the Unquenchable Worshippers Dance Team.

With a bold and fresh perspective, Sharelle is deeply committed to addressing both church and worldly culture through a biblical lens. Her thought-provoking insights have led her to speak at numerous conferences, online events, and podcasts, including:

By day, you might find Sharelle working as a Pharmacy Technician, but outside of work, she’s always embracing life to the fullest. Whether she’s dancing to music, exploring cultural festivals, hunting for the most unique earrings, or watching interviews and documentaries, she finds joy in the little things. She cherishes laughter-filled moments with her sons, deep heart-to-heart conversations, sipping mimosas with friends, and relaxing in the backyard with her parents.

Summer is her favorite season, and she has a deep love for love itself—nothing makes her heart soar like attending weddings. At the core of her calling is a passion for creating spaces and experiences filled with joy and freedom, where even the outcasts feel the touch of Christ.

Her life’s motto is rooted in her favorite scripture:
